Work in Poland
An employer applies for your work permit, then you apply for the visa, then the residence card in Poland. What a genuine offer looks like, and the red flags that mean walk away.

The paperwork is yours by law. The know-how is ours.
Since 27 April 2026 every residence application is filed electronically in MOS 2.0 and signed by the applicant. No agency can file for you anymore. What still decides your case is knowing what to file, in which order, and what the clerk will check. That is what we hand you.
What we do
- Translate the Act on Foreigners into the steps for your route
- Tell you what your office checks, and what it sends back
- Pre-fill every letter with your data
- Count your deadlines back from the last day of legal stay
- Update your plan when the rules change
What stays yours
- Your MOS account and Profil Zaufany: we never ask for them
- Your signature: you file, from your own login
- Your fees: stamp duty and the card fee go straight to the office
- Your decision: the voivode decides, and nobody can promise it
You buy certainty: a complete, correct file on the day you press submit.

Questions
What applicants ask first.
Short answers, verified against the current rules. The full list, with a glossary of every Polish term, is on the FAQ page.
Can an agency file my application for me?
No. Since 27 April 2026 residence applications are filed only in MOS 2.0 and signed personally with your own Profil Zaufany. Anyone can help you prepare; nobody can file from their own account.
Do my documents need an apostille?
Documents issued abroad need an apostille if your country is a Hague Convention party, otherwise consular legalisation, and in both cases a sworn Polish translation.
Can I work while the application is pending?
Only if you were entitled to work immediately before filing. The MOS certificate continues that right; it does not create a new one.
How long does the card take?
Officially 60 days from formal completeness; in 2026 practice from 4 to 14 months depending on the office, with Warsaw the slowest.
