How it works
From onboarding to the card in your hand.
One product for the whole journey. Onboarding, your plan, the free job finder and the journey app cost nothing. The guided paperwork for the visa and the residence card is unlocked once, per case. You file in MOS yourself, from your own account, because since 27 April 2026 nobody else can.
The product
Six stages, one of them paid.
Everything below is generated from a knowledge base verified on 4 September 2026 against the Act on Foreigners, the MOS 2.0 rules, the job sources we search and the practice of the voivodeship offices.
- 01
Onboarding (free, about ten minutes)
About twelve short screens, built around the facts a specialist would ask you in the first meeting. Nothing is uploaded: no passport scans, no PESEL, no contract.
- Where you are now, and where you want to go
- Your education, experience, skills and languages
- Your job preferences, or your study field
- Your money and timing: savings, how soon you can move
- Family, your passport, and the e-mail we send your reminders to
- 02
Your plan (free)
The engine applies the rules to your answers and shows you:
- Your best pathway (work, EU Blue Card, study, family or business), with the reasons and the cautions
- The alternatives, if a better route exists for you
- A realistic budget and timeline for your route
- The job sectors where people like you are hired, when the route is job-based
- 03
Find a job and contact the employer (free)
The free job finder searches real offers from Poland’s public job board and partner boards and matches them to your profile: no invented listings, no fee to search, save or apply.
- What to send an employer, and what a genuine one does next
- The red flags that mean an offer is not real
- What a student may legally work, on the study route
- 04
Unlock the guided paperwork (one payment per case)
Choose Case Pack ($159, 12 months of access) or Complete ($299, 18 months). The purchase is made on your case page and unlocks it immediately; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Complete
Everything an agency would prepare, filled in with your data.
- 05
Visa, arrival and the residence card
Your visa document list and consulate steps, then PESEL, address registration and insurance once you land, then the residence card application in MOS. After filing, the plan covers the certificate, the fingerprint summons, any call to supplement, the ponaglenie when the office is late, the decision and the card. Your access lasts long enough for a Warsaw decision and the content is updated when the rules change.

Along the way: the app and your reminders
Every stage above lives in the journey app on your phone, with an e-mail before each deadline. Details on the app and the optional AI Job Scout subscription are below.
The MOS 2.0 filing flow
What actually happens, from your first day in Poland to the card.
The electronic procedure in force since 27 April 2026, step by step, with what the case pack gives you at each one.
- Step 1
PESEL
Register your address (zameldowanie) within 30 days of moving in and the PESEL number is assigned automatically. If nobody will register you, apply in person at any city office. Without a PESEL there is no Profil Zaufany and no way into MOS.
What you get from us
Step one of your filing plan: both routes to a PESEL, what to bring, and how much time to allow (usually one to three weeks).
- Step 2
Profil Zaufany
The free state e-identity at login.gov.pl. You confirm it through your Polish bank or at a ZUS or city office point. It is the signature you put on the application: a proxy cannot sign for you.
What you get from us
The fastest confirmation route for your situation, and a deadline warning: having it on the last day of legal stay is the single most common way applicants lose a case.
- Step 3
e-Doręczenia mailbox
The official electronic registered-mail box. Offices serve summons and letters there or by post, so you need both the mailbox and a current postal address.
What you get from us
A checklist item with the set-up steps, plus the reminder in your plan to check both channels weekly once the case is filed.
- Step 4
The MOS 2.0 form and attachments
Log in at mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl through login.gov.pl. The form is in Polish; drafts are kept for 45 days. You upload the digital photo, every passport page, the stamp-duty confirmation (paid to the city office, not the voivodeship office) and your evidence: 10 MB per file, 50 MB in total.
What you get from us
The field-by-field form guide in English with the Polish screen labels and the traps: single-name passports, previous stays, means declared gross. The fee breakdown gives the exact payment account for your office.
- Step 5
Employer e-signs Annex 1
For work-based permits you enter the employer's e-mail in MOS. The employer receives a link valid 30 days, completes Załącznik nr 1 (position, contract, working time, gross salary) and signs it electronically. MOS refuses to submit without it. Students: the university signs its annex the same way.
What you get from us
The employer briefing to forward to HR before you enter their e-mail: which fields, the salary and working-time rules, the certificates some offices demand. Most calls to supplement start with an empty field in this annex.
- Step 6
Sign and download the UPO
You sign with Profil Zaufany and MOS issues the UPO, the official receipt. That is your filing date. The application cannot be edited afterwards. If MOS is down on your last day of legal stay, art. 225c lets you file within 3 working days after the outage.
What you get from us
Your plan fixes the last safe filing day counted back from your visa or card expiry, and tells you what to screenshot if the system fails.
- Step 7
Electronic certificate instead of the passport stamp
Once a clerk confirms that the application was filed on time and is formally complete, a certificate with a QR code appears in your MOS account. Your stay is legal until the decision is final (art. 108). It does not allow you to re-enter Poland after travel abroad.
What you get from us
The risk review lists everything that makes an application formally incomplete, and therefore delays or blocks the certificate, so you close each gap before you press submit.
- Step 8
Fingerprint summons
The office summons you by post or e-Doręczenia with at least 7 days' notice. You bring your passport, paper originals of what you scanned and two photos. Missing the appointment without excuse discontinues the case and the stamp duty is lost.
What you get from us
The office playbook (Complete): the address, which ticket to take, what the clerks ask for. The checklist tracker keeps your originals and photos ready.
- Step 9
Decision
The statutory deadline is 60 days from formal completeness (art. 112a); in practice big offices take months. Calls to supplement come with 7- or 14-day deadlines. After the statutory deadline you may file a ponaglenie; a refusal can be appealed within 14 days, free of charge.
What you get from us
Templates pre-filled with your data (Complete): the response to a call to supplement, the ponaglenie, the appeal. The plan tells you when each becomes available.
- Step 10
Residence card
After the decision is final you pay 100 PLN (50 PLN for students) to the voivodeship office and collect the card in person; the fingerprints stored on it are checked. A future employer change or renewal is a new application in MOS.
What you get from us
The card-fee account for your office, and with Complete the change-of-employer (art. 120) and renewal modules for what comes next.

Before you start
Have these at hand.
You will not upload any of them to us. Having them nearby makes the questions faster and the answers more precise, once you reach that stage of your journey.
- Your passport, ready to scan every page (including blank ones)
- Your current visa or residence card and its expiry date, if you have one
- Your contract or binding job offer, or the university admission letter, once you have one
- The e-mail address of the HR person (or dean's office) who will e-sign the annex in MOS
- Your address in Poland and the lease, deed or owner's statement behind it
- Proof of health insurance: ZUS printouts from HR or a Polish policy
- Three months of bank statements or payslips
- For family: the apostilled marriage or birth certificates, if you already have them
