For years a legalisation agency sold two things: knowing what the office wants, and taking the file there. The second part is gone. Since 27 April 2026 every temporary residence application is filed electronically in MOS 2.0 and signed by the applicant with their own Profil Zaufany. A representative can sit beside you; a representative cannot sign. The offices themselves now say that an intermediary neither guarantees the permit nor shortens the wait.

What remained was the know-how: which documents, in which order, what the clerk checks, what an Colombian marriage certificate, a Nepali degree or a single-name passport needs before it will be accepted. That know-how is rules, and rules fit into software. So we wrote them down, with their article numbers, and built an engine that applies them to your answers.

We started with India because Indian citizens are one of the fastest-growing groups of workers in Poland, most of them file in the slowest office in the country, and almost every guide they can find online is either stale, in Polish, or a lead magnet for a 3,000 PLN service. The same method now covers the ten other nationalities that file the most applications, from Ukraine and Colombia to Nepal and Vietnam, each with its own entry route, legalisation rules and embassy notes.

We have since widened the product into a full journey: a free plan the day you arrive on the site, a free job finder so you do not need an agency to find honest work, a journey app that tracks every stage and deadline on your phone, and an optional AI Job Scout subscription for a deeper search. The guided paperwork you started with is now one stage among several, not the whole product.
