We do not represent you before any authority and do not act as your proxy (pełnomocnik). Since 27 April 2026 residence applications are filed electronically in MOS 2.0 and signed by the applicant with their own Profil Zaufany; we do not file, sign or submit anything on anyone’s behalf, and we do not create MOS accounts.

We never ask for, and never accept, your Profil Zaufany, login.gov.pl, e-Doręczenia or MOS credentials. Anyone requesting them in our name is not acting for us.

Residence permits are granted or refused solely by the voivode, and processing times are determined by the office. We make no representation about the probability of a positive decision or about how long your case will take, and we publish no “success rate”. Following our materials does not guarantee that your application will be accepted, examined within any period, or approved.

Our money-back promise, described in the terms of service, concerns only applications rejected as formally incomplete because of an error in our materials. It is not a guarantee of approval.

Polish immigration law, fees, thresholds and office practice change often. The content of this website and of every case pack is based on a research pass verified against official sources on 4 September 2026 (knowledge base as of 2026-09-04). Items we could not confirm with a primary source are marked as such rather than presented as fact.

Between verification dates, a rule may change before we publish the update. Always check the date shown in your case pack, and for anything critical confirm the current requirement with the competent voivodeship office or the official sources we list on the about page.

Stamp duty, the residence-card fee and the power-of-attorney fee are paid by you directly to the competent city or voivodeship office; sworn translations, apostilles, photographs and insurance are paid to the respective providers. None of these are included in our prices, none can be waived by us, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party, including your employer or university when completing the annex in MOS.

Templates and pre-filled documents are drafts built from your answers. You are responsible for reading them, correcting them where your situation differs, signing them and filing them. Statements made to a public authority are yours; providing false information in an application is a ground for refusal and may have further legal consequences.
